BLACC Uganda is also a non-governmental organisation found in kiggagga village which was formed to help facilitate the different employment opportunity of different people in the area. This is done by the organisation by offering starting income locally known as ''Entandiikwa'' to this people who would love to start up small business . The organisation also deals in giving loans services to the people of the above mentioned area to increase on their starting capital and also widen their business to any level they would wish to be any money is returned with limited interest
