Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Community Help

It was 2003 in our apartment in Western in Nairobi where the cousins family had an accident in their home which led to their house being burnt to ashes. It was a sad story indeed and we as their neighbors intended to help the best way we know how and we and the community in large set up an organization known as help a friend campaign to help the cousin re-build their home brick by brick until they were able to get back on their feet. The community were so supportive of our campaign and we were able to raise a total mean of 1.5 million which we gave to the cousins family.
