three friends go to say good bye to three other friends who have decided to leave the rural area for the city. The three who are learning give their reason for migrating. One was going because he has an uncle in the city who has agreed to train him to be a mechanic. The second was going because he has one eight brothers who could foresee any chance of work on family farm. The third was going because he was attracted by the bright lights of the city. oh you also want to follow the other brother to the city. Land is precious and you are learning it. I am not happy with your decisions. Look at my crops. Doing very well to get money out of it. Promote your skills out of it " i am going to introduce you to one of the organizations that will promote your skills for better farming. and you will eradicate poverty and you will be better than your brothers who went to town.This young brother was introduced to SINGI CBO and was well trained in sustainable agriculture. The boy started farming on two acre land to produce tomato and indiginous vegetable after a period of four years the boy was able to buy a land built a house and paid school fees for his children. Those who went into town got shocked to find a big change by the brother who was now a good farmer with a focus.
