Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Hope Restoration

My name is Bindiah Ateyo.I am a resident of Iguhu,an area in southern part of Kakamega.I happened to contract HIV/AIDS two years ago.The sad news had left me totally helpless, hopeless with nothing left to hope for.I was just seeing death infront of me at all. I just saw myself in a timely dead end.Laughter was no more .However, sometimes later after APHIA 2, a certatin organization come to my home region, hope was restored again. They encouraged the victims to come to out of the stigma and be happy coz there life was still ahead. We were then taught on what to do to ensure this longer-life it was pretty cool to hear of this as it changed my life for the better.
