Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Land Reclamation

Arable land can be brought into useful reasons by holding enough funds. This helps improve crop yields and bring more dietious benefits for the growing children. The KWS to some parts of the Mt. Elgon gives out forest lands for people to cultivate, weeding for the trees and planting their own cash crops. This gives land to the squarters and also those without land to get agricultural produces like those with big tracks of land. The government has also set up interests of converting arid areas to agricultural sectors since agriculture is the chief source boost of our economy. The governments lays projects to provide water for irrigation. This will in turn bring more food and lead people to rely on their own.
