Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Comfort Zone At Last

A church called Winner' Chapel helped in the donation of matresses, to the post election violence victims.These victims were living in Kibera slums located in Nairobi.Some of the victims houses got burnt as people fought in retaliation of the presidential results.Houses were put on fire and other dwellers were chased from their homes.People were left helpless as they watched their houses burnt,this led to the victims going into IDP camps as they were left with no option. Those who benefited from this project include; - Mothers -Children - The homeless families The church helped to change the community in that,those that were helped with matresses had nothing to sleep on,and on their giving, those that needed the help got a comfortable place to lay there head at the end of the day.
