Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Feeding Program

Lack of food have been a major setback to the Kenyan people especially those who live in Semi-arid areas.Or even those who live in inform settlement within the urban towns. In Mukuru, which is one of the most pronounced informal settlements in Nairobi, school pupils almost go without food because most of the families cannot afford even to provide for their children three meals a day. Because of the situation,a UN program dubbed feed the children was initiated to help save the vulnerable children by providing for them ten o'clock porridge and lunch meals(mid day) on daily basis. The project is a success and due to the high rise in demand of the services, more need to be done.
