Ministry of information and communication has come out to support local content development my community by raising Ksh of 4.5 million.The money has help live of many people who could not get their innovates web on their mobile phones. Some of that money has now become a success in some people's lives as many people are able to get alot of benefits from the use of their mobile phones web.They are able to communicates with their families and friends at a low cost.
