In our community there are many doctors who are givign people medicine adn the one that have alredy expeyyerd and reject one which they knows very well that wrong their.So that the patient can conrinue staying for long in the hospital to make the bills go higher. People of kibera they dotn have even some good lattrein or toilets especially this hospital know us ushirika it was good aly before but now its become the poorest clinic coz even the doctors thus are working their us that sistem at seling medicine that they know are good but wanse you were to be given medicine they tells you to go and buy and when you reaching outside they have their delers out side.
