Latrines In School

It was in the year 2009 when the demonstration primary school in Kaimosi area was given a letter from the public health department because they had insufficient facilities in place.The letter gave a grace period of 2months for more latrines to be built 5 for boys and 5 for girls.This school was the biggest serving a round 3 village with a population of a bout 16,000 pupils.The school administrator conducted western water and sanitation forum and requested for help due to this the organisation constructed 8 latrines in the school while the school constructed 2 more and the problem was solved.The school was relieved from the problem by the public health officer.
