My name is musavi. My wife is consolate musavi She is a member of mukowkoro Group in kakamega south. This women group has sought to improve the state of food security by looking for ways to improve productivity. They invite experts in farming to capality build them in farming methods In 2009 they took their members to training workshops in different places like kakamega town which greatly helped the members. my wife has ended up applying the skills she attained trough keeping our daily animals which we bought currently of the financiakl support we got from Mukororokoro women group. Similar skills and techniques applied for our crops like maize and sugar cane have not disappointed us at all. The planting of napiergrass has booted the health of our animals.
