discrimination refers to treating someone better or worse than other people.discrimination maybe based on race, tribe, sex, marital status and ability among others. This happens, when for example people are not allowed to own property or engage in economic activities in an are that is occupied by people is another community social status or race. Any forms of discrimination outlowed in the kenya constitution people are not happy discrimination is practised. Mostly in kenya many people are discriminating others when it comes to employment or any job. But the government loses not like that. He want people to be treated equally because without that it may cause conflict in country or society.
