Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Abig Offer In Time Or Need

My name is peter aged 14.I dropped out of school in 2006 following the demise of my parent,a single mother who had given birth to me by an unknown father. When she then died i was left desperate and resorted to street life.I had to go to kakamega town and together with many other suffering street children on the streets became dependant on the mercies of well wishers. In 2009 an individual who stated that she was a social worker took me and tried to help me by providing couselling and temporal accomodation for six months. She had many of her personal problems and tried to open a small business for me to do,hauking so that i could be self dependant.
