Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

I Inspired The Courage Of An Intern

I am the human resource personnel Masaka municipal council, Once a period of time we had an intern who had passed through tough situation but survived and won the battle, his family was one of the poorest in the community, he studied while working parttime , he had no permanent job but he could do any job he would find on the streets.among the jobs he did include, pushing wheel barrows, carrying cargo, sweeping streets among others. he did this for two years and was an intern at our organisation in the third year where he was paid only a small torken. The boy completed studies and was listed for graduationhe had no graduation fee neither could he buy a gown. His parents did not know he was studying, they were invited to join graduation but they did not believe it right. I pioneered strategy to help this young man get money for the graduation and even arraged a party for him, the parentsfelt lie it was a dream. they could not believe it right.
