"This is a human tragedy that we can't turn a blind eye to",said UN high commissioner for refugees, This is a sad reminder of the suffering that natural disasters are imposing on more and more people across the globe.A team in Uganda from the agency known as UNHCR (united nations high commissioner for refugees ) plans to provide Tents and plastic sheeting for emergency shelter to meet the needs of 5000 people.Since last year the great lakes region has been receiving heavy down powers called the EL-NINO,this project is going to help people in the great lakes region.
