the European charter for human rights research and civic awareness programme had a visut at iour hall three weeks ago in kakamega the pupose for them coming to the meeting at the social halls was to have a seminar on the civic awareness in the areas of country praliamentary and national government civic awareness was important in the areas because of its ned in the running of new government structure as proposed in the new constituion the country government which will have it first test during the 2012 august which will see the country undergo elections for the first time after the constitution was enacted the eurupean chaerte for human rights conducted a very successful seminar that had the people og kakamega more enlightend on the civic issues and what expect
