Everyday we hear cases of child abuse,our children are harrassed sexually,verbally,Mentally ,Phsicially and even neglected.As a result they potray certain traits in the ,fear ,low self esteem ,poorrelation,not confidence on what they do. Its for this reason that community transformers in conjuction with medicines San fronteeres are set out to teach and inform every child of their rights and how they are violeted. Community transformers visits schools and tell the children and inform every child abuse such as rape ,molestation or even phyisical abuse among others. Medicines san fronteers offer offer voluntary services of rescuing victims of abuse especially sexual abuse .The victims undergo counsellling,proper medication and their cases forwarded to relevant authorities just incase they want that. The fight against child abuse by this two organization has made aware of their rights and also helped the parents be able to identify and notice when kids are sexually abused
