Women Of Leadership Forum

The story moja women on leadership forum was hold in Nairobi for Kenyan women and residents in Kenya. In the first forum there was and attendance of 50 women turning tables on traditional yielding multiple insights ablut glass ceiling including the challenge created to stop women from living to their full potential. We talked about when being predatory by nature and the social conditioning behavior had to unlearn on our cancer journeys. Different speakers had been invited MCCann Erickson inspired people to aggressively focus on perofmance of the business as the surest means to reach the top that focus gender. This wisdom was passed by story moja with an intention of taking up the challenge to facilitate writers to write about women today in a different way. Stories of Kenyan women as achieves, workers, wives and mother rather than predominantly victims. Stories of Kenyan women as spiritual emotional, intellectual and physical beings.
