Kenya power and lighting has changed the life of many people in towns and even in rural areas youths started their own business like welding places, barber shops and shops because of electricity .Casual laborer also work hard they educate their children.buying for them food and they buy for them clothes and protect them.The problem is when there is blackout of electricity people were suffering much and stealing also is going high.Thieves stealing from people killing and even raped.electricity help people so much.there was a man who was killed after blackout take place and out his private parts at that night.
