There are many problems people living arouond Kibera slums are facing kibera environment in kibera slum is terrible. The major problem of water sewage are being slowly adressed by the UN HABITAT however, as you walk around kibera you will be astounded by amount of rubbish. This is mainly because of non-biodegradable plastic thrown everywhere. The people from Olypic were planning to make a change but they do not succeed to Organized groups within the kibera village to encourage the people to tidy up their area and thereby develop some community pride.
