Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Needy Are Uplifted

In 2000 and two the compassion International came up with a bright idea to help those needy pupils in our area, Amalemba. Photos of the needy students were taken. The rule was that the pupil was to be below the age of seven years and must have started schooling. Th photos taken were sent world wide for people to see if they could offer help to any of them. By good luck, many of them were chosen. The project started immediately. Students were to be going classes during the Saturdays. They were not pay anything at all. They were usually taught to grow up spiritually, physically and socially upright. They were bought bars of soap every month, given school uniforms, bought food and also bought some animals to tender at home. i do thank God for that as they also pay school fees for students.
