Empowering The Next Generation Of African Women Leaders

Brain Dada's mission is to empower the next generation of African women leaders. It's a leadership incubator for young african women. They empower african women from underprivelged backgrounds to become leaders by providing them with scholarships to top quality high scool education, personalised mentoring and rigourous leadership training. It was founded by Dr Wanjiry Rutenburg eho who menially won the 2011 foundation for change. Yamitisha prize. This group believes that justice is seved when there is a diversity of roles aat decision making table, thats why it tackels the roots of the problem by targeting the roots of the problem of aldocesnt girls. Some of the challenges they have gone through include poverty early marriage abd they try to fight it, choices our parents make when left to choose between when to educate between a son and a daughter. Brain dada therefore is a foundation foer change set ou and see the girl child get education. This are some of its benefits and hundreds of others.
