Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Slimpossible

Slimposible is a programme run weekly every saturdays by citizens tv news anchor Lilian Muli. In it are 5palm women who for one reason or another want to cut weight. They are taken through the session of practise in the gymn, on how to burn out calories in the body, how to keep fit and also what food to take. The five women represent the characters of most of us. Some not proud of who we are for a very small reason, our body size. Others keeping unfit, others eating unhealthwise. And so slimpossible is here to correct this. It primarily points on bos health. The importance of you as an individual to be healthy and to keep fit. It encourages us to visit the gym and gives the benefit of doing so for a healthy mind and body.
