Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Back in the old days during my childhood i remember very clearly when we used to play a lot with kids from my neighbour hood,we used to walk alot because we just could not stick to one place while playing. So there was this one day we went out to play on almost all corners of the estate. You know kids could be lucky, but since our parents had warned us we stopped going to he rubbish,we saw a green nylon but what was inside is what caught my eyes. It was a baby, the baby was so cute but the bad thing is that it was cut into pieces,i remember crying for a human being like me not forgetting a child,we had to rush to our homes to inform our parents ,Our elders came to confirm for themselves and they decided to call the police.
