Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Abandoned

There used to be a girl who was sleeping at our door step. Every morning I used to find her on the floor outside our door. When i just opened the door our gate she used to rise up quickly and run away. I never even thought of chasing her away. Besides, my mother when I told her about the girl she told me not to even chase her away. Sometimes when she saw me opening the gate she could wake up and go away. I felt for her because i thought what if it was me. Mum said it was a blessing and to came and think of it why did she leave all the doors and saw just ours. Indeed it was a blessing from god. I decided to her food and money for lunch. The girl became fond of me and further more my friend I liked her so much because she was very humble. She trusted we until she told me about herself. Her mother had drowned and died. i continued giving her food until the day she decided to disappear. And uptill then I have never seen her. But deep down from my heart i appreciate the fact that i tried to help.
