Manny Masony is the Special Projects Director for the Yukon River Inter-Tribal Watershed Council (YRITWC). The YRITWC was founded in 1997 as an international organization, and today it is a coalition of 70 sovereign Tribal and First Nation governments located along theYukon River throughout Alaska and Canada.
