Bethany Cureton - College Preparation Associate

Drawing on over four years of experience, Bethany coaches youth on getting into college and winning scholarships. Before joining ERDA, Bethany worked as Wellness Program Coordinator for Step Up Women’s Network where she developed and implemented health and nutrition curriculum for middle school girls. Prior to running youth programs, Bethany spent three years teaching in the south Bronx.

Anitra Gerald - Vice President & COO

Anitra worked for four years as an Assistant Vice President in Operational Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase. She worked with clients to develop strategies around operational risk management, organizational change management, and new product implementation. Anitra joined ERDA as its Community Banking Associate 2006 and spearheaded Phase 1 of efforts to create a Community Development Credit Union.
