Sewing Machine Gifted to Vulnerable Girls
The society to which we belong is living in 21st century but still their thoughts are very old, to change the narrow thoughts AHD took step to empower the women & girls through different program in which AHD sewing centre is on the top of the list in this program AHD started two sewing centre at a same time at unit No 5 & unit No4 Latifabad Hyderabad.
In this sewing centre girls from poor families were selected, interested in sewing course but did not have any source to accomplish or fulfill their dream by taking this step. The dream of girls comes true when AHD female staff asked them to join AHD sewing center at their door step & they were very happy & thankful to AHD. In 5 months short time period sewing course girls learned about stitching, cutting & maintenance of sewing machine after their completion at the time of certificate distribution AHD gifted 8 sewing machine to the most vulnerable girls which belongs to the most vulnerable girls belong to the poor families from which one girls was Orphan & other girls were also facing very difficulties but after their completion of six months sewing course now they are able to stitches clothes & having their own sewing machines they thanked to AHD , now the girls said “WE ARE ABLE TO STITCHES ALL THE CREDIT GOES TO AHD & WE PRAY THAT GOD GIVES MORE BLESSING TO AHD ,THEY CAN WORK FOR ALL HUMANS”
The thoughts get broader, now the girls can support their family like boys do only the need was to build up confidence & skill in them.
