Joan Smith has been with Meals on Wheels People for 30 years. She has served as a center manager, regional manager, director of center operations and deputy director. Joan brings a wealth of experience and expertise on a broad range of senior issues. Joan is well known among her peers as an expert on the subject of senior wellness.
