Megalyn Echikunwoke - Founder/ Executive Director
Megalyn Echikunwoke is a young actress living and working in Los Angeles. She was born to a Nigerian father and an American mother. After ten successful years in the entertainment industry she’s decided to spearhead the non profit "W.E A.P.O.N", intent on empowering women through education and the arts, starting in Nigeria and eventually branching out to many other developing African countries.

Jaclyn has been working extensively for various non-profit organizations. Her father being a doctor, mother a nurse, she developed at an early age the importance of lending her hands. She has raised over $40,000 for Dr's W/out Borders and is a member of the org SHARE, where she volunteers at their 13 different facilities in LA. Born and raised in Nigeria. Chikuko lives and works in Enugu with his wife and two children.After spending a year in Uganda as a representative of ANPPCAN.He is now the national program director for the Nigeria chapter.Skilled in community development and advocacy,he has recently joined forces with his niece and W.E.A.P.O.N to further his commitment to affecting positive change in his home count
