Prior to being appointed president in 2010, Sarah Degnan Kambou was already an accomplished social scientist with expertise in programs focusing on: sexual and reproductive health, HIV and AIDS and adolescents. Kambou has worked in 26 countries and dedicated more than 25 years to creating meaningful social change in the developing world.

Ann Warner - Gender and Policy Specialist

Ann Warner is a gender and policy specialist at the ICRW. In this role, Warner works on a range of projects related to the health and human rights of women and girls. Warner brings more than 10 years of experience in research and program development in international health and policy issues.

Jennifer Abrahamson - Senior Director, Media and Public Relations

Jennifer Abrahamson joined ICRW following more than a decade working as a humanitarian and development communications specialist around the globe. Abrahamason also has experience working on the other side of the media 'lens.' She was a reporter-researcher for Vanity Fair and associate international news producer for ABCNews.com. Abrahamson also wrote a book, Sweet Relief: The Marla Ruzicka Story.
