The region is dry land with agricultural labours and marginalised community economical backword. There is large number of dropouts at 10th and 11th grade schooling. Need job oriented skills training for self supplemental and job placement.Manush has infrastructure for trainings and need equipments and running cost.

What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

The region is dry land and economical backward.The communities are marginalised and agricultural labourers. Majourity of children drop out 10th and 11th grand and become nunsense in the society. Manush survey revels that childern can be geven skill training for self employment and job placement with help of available infrastructure.

How will this project solve this problem?

Manush has good infrastructure for training survey in the region revels the drop out childrens are given skills training based on the demands of the local and neighbouring employed and placed in good jobs. yearly 200 childrens both boys and girls will be trained in two batches . this will will adress economic and social problems of the communities.

Potential Long Term Impact

Manush has good infrastructure and human resources two address peoples problems. If it is equipped with required equipments for skill training it can train 200 drop out childrens every year. In 2 year both boys and girls will be self employed and place in good jobs. Girls will have good prospects and economically sound married life and social economic problems will be solved in the region.
