Our vision aides project in New Orleans continues to gain steam thanks to the many donors who have stepped up on behalf of the children. With your support we will be able to continue serving the children of New Orleans who continue to face and overcome obstacles in their pursuit of higher education. An inability to read is an obvious barrier to education. There are children in New Orleans who cannot read because they are unable to see the words of a book. So far, $1,850 has been raised, $150 through GlobalGiving. With your help we are moving towards our goal of $10,000 by June 30, 2011. Thank you!
