Friends and Donors,
Pauline Schroeder. a German took over from our Last Volunteer Sara E, Feldman from USA on our agriculture and environmental Activities for 8 weeks:
Pauline did research about agricultural and environmental topics, prepared handouts with information from school gardens, climate change, environmental impact and organic farming. So that the next volunteer can directly jump in the field working with farmers and school pupils.
She prepared lessons and taught one lesson a week in each of the three Government primary schools in Bonduma/Bokoko and Government Primary school in Tole for class 5.
In the first lessons, she taught how to make a vegetable garden“, then lessons about climate change, climate zones and the 4 seasons in Germa and the two seasons in Cameroon.
Organic farming and environmental impact end up the classes.
Thank you pauline and partners
