Following a business career in Europe, Quentin joined Thabyay Education Network in 2004, initially as a volunteer. He spent four years developing learning materials for Burmese post-secondary schools, before becoming Development Director in June 2009. He firmly supports Nelson Mandela's view that 'education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world'.
