Map of Afforestation Where forests are felled,new trees should be planted.This acts as cover for wind erosion.As well it prevents the sun's heat which bakes and makes the soil loose for rainwater and wind to carry away.Trees also add more humus to the soil.Their roots hold soil together also through afforestration it helps in checking erosion.
