Bruce French - Project Leader

Bruce is a professional chef who spends much of his time traveling the world with Rock Bands providing the band members with healthy organic meals. Some of the bands he has worked for include Neil Young, The Grateful Dead and Pearl Jam. He was so moved by the destruction and loss in South East Asia from the tsunami he knew he needed to be there himself to do what he could to relieve the suffering.
