AGF is working diligently to get the funds we need through various corporate partners and donors for this installation year. We can't think of another year going by without the project being completed. The giveback project in Peru is set to be installed and completed August 2013, bringing water and hygiene to 174 students at the community primary school in Ampay, Peru. The campaign will work to provide running water and soap to wash hands, as well as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other supplies for oral hygiene. In addition, we plan to send dentists to Ampay to perform basic oral hygiene checkups for the students. If you’d like to donate money, a tube of toothpaste or floss, or if you are a dentist and would like to volunteer your time, please contact us through our GlobalGiving page!
We are diligently selling the Peru Collection so that we can get to Peru and complete the installation of the new toilets. We are currently promoting the installation through our partner stores with a point of purchase ready for holiday, but we still need your help! We hope to have the funds raised by the end of the year to get the installation completed as soon as possible for these children. Your support will mean the world to these children as well as their teachers. The installation would mean an incredible start to the new year. As always, thank you all for your continued support. It is the season of giving and we are all so grateful for your generosity. If you have any recommendations or questions for us please let us know, we would love to hear from you, and are happy to have you on this journey with us!
