The new school year is in full swing at New Community for Children, and our students are very happy to be back! They are excited to be engaged in academically and socially enriching activities designed to reinforce and bolster what they are learning during the school day.
In keeping with New Community for Children's commitment to literacy, our Pre-K and Kindergarten students participated in Jumpstart's Read for the Record campaign on October 6, 2011. The students read Llama Llama Red Pajama and even designed their own sets of llama ears! A fun and academically stimulating time was had by all!
It is supporters like you that allow us to continue to provide the quality programming that our students need. On behalf of the Board of Directors, NCFC staff, and the many families we serve, THANK YOU!
