Stan Foote - Artistic Director

Stan Foote has provided focused leadership over the company's theatrical productions, school and community programs, and acting academy since 1998. A remarkable theater director and teacher, Foote has guided OCT with a vision of artistic excellence and a commitment to contributing to the growth of children’s theater as a unique discipline.

Ross McKeen - Managing Director

Ross McKeen joined OCT full time in 2008 after working as a fundraising advisor and grant writer since 2003. McKeen has more than 25 years of experience in planning, financial analysis, communications, and fundraising for nonprofits and public institutions. Since 1999, he worked as a writer and an independent fundraising and planning consultant specializing in arts and cultural organizations.
