Many people refuse to leave their homes, opting to move their meager belongings and take temporary residency in nearby trees, like this elderly lady whose house was flooded. Grandparents Mr Banjerd and his wife Ning, are the guardians of their two-and-a-half-year-old grandchild. When the floodwaters hit their village, they evacuated to a temporary shelter.
