Summary
NOAH's goal is to ensure that 1,000 HIV/AIDS orphans in South Africa can attend school by providing them with the school uniforms and school supplies required for school attendance.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
This project will benefit 1,000 vulnerable children affected by the HIV pandemic in South Africa. The project aims to collect uniforms & supplies to help the most needy children attend school. Nurturing Orphans of AIDS for Humanity (NOAH) works in many ways, providing food, educational support, developmental assistance, psycho-social counseling and ensuring that these children are part of a strong and responsive community network. NOAH operates in Gauteng, KZN and North-West in South Africa.
How will this project solve this problem?
Providing uniforms, shoes, book bags, supplies and books to children will enable them to attend school, supporting their educational development. Our goal is to help 1,000 children before Christmas.
Potential Long Term Impact
The HIV/AIDS pandemic is the greatest humanitarian challenge the world has ever faced. Your contribution will bring educational aids, nutritional supplements and dignity to school going children assisting in their development and helping them dream.
