Build a Village Library/Learning Centers for supplementary and vocational education and a place for communities to organize coalition for economic development and infrastructure planning.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
The program focus is to build community coalitions to empower local decision making, to provide hope and opportunity for advancement. Through modern education address illiteracy, reduce unemployment through microfinance and vocational training, and provide basic health and welfare in selected villages in Kashmir.

Potential Long Term Impact
Education is the long-term tactic to combat poverty and ignorance. KER Community Center provide a window for remote areas,to give opportunity for education and organization for self help and to earn extra income to improve quality of life & peace.
