Scott MacLennan - International Director
Scott is the International Director of Karing for Kids and also coordinates the Premire Partner Trekking program for the International Mountain Explorers Connection, is President of the Anatoli Boukreev Memorial Fund, and Board member of the Alpine Fund. His real job is as the owner of MacManagment, which operates approximately 1500 units of low income housing in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.
Gyanendra Ghale - Clinic Founder
Gyanendra holds a MS in Public Health from Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. He currently works as a Technical Officer for WHO in New Delhi. He has also worked for UNICEF monitoring the RUGMARK Foundation's program to prohibit the use of child labor in Nepalese. It was while working for Adventist Development and Relief Agency that he first learned of the need for a clinic in the Rasuwa area.
Pragati Ghale - President/Clinic Director
Mrs. Ghale is a registerd nurse and worked at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu for 17 years before joining KFK. At the hospital Mrs. Ghale spent 4 years as a senior nurse in the maternity ward and 8 years as a senior nurse in Nepal's first National Heart Team. Mrs. Ghale manages KFK's clinic and takes care of KFK business in Kathmandu on full time basis.
