Lola Nasriddinova - IRODA Program Manager
Lola trained as a Medical Physician in Dushanbe, Tajikistan and worked as a manager of a Rehabilitation Centre and for the University. Following her youngest son being diagnosed with Autism she spent time in India undertaking training courses in both Inclusive Education and Autism. She then co-founded "IRODA - Parents of Children with Autism Initiative" and is now managing IRODA's programs.
Karen Purdie - IRODA Program Consultant
Karen trained as an Occupational Therapist at the University of South Australia and has been working with children with disabilities for the last 12 years. Over the last 6 years Karen has worked for Non-Government Organizations in various disability projects in both China and Central Asia. Karen is currently volunteering with IRODA to assist in the establishment of Autism Services in Tajikistan.
Fazliddin Nasriddinov - IRODA Director
Fazliddin trained as an engineer and has worked for various companies in Tajiksitan, as well as establishing his own company. After his son was diagnosed with Autism Fazliddin took on the role of co-founding and directing the work of IRODA.
