Building a telecommunications center with 20 computers, which have Internet access, will allow young people and children to learn computer science and apply it to their schoolwork.
Young people from 15 to 30 years old work in the most marginal areas of this country carrying out marketable activities. In many cases, they start up micro-enterprises, which specialize in crafts, painting, plumber services, house and computer repairs. These are young people who have the training and the practical experience to carry out these activities and start up a micro-enterprise or a self-employed business.
Create environment where youths have access to tools and the training needed to be successful in business: word-processing; Excel; the Internet; web-page design; IP telecommunications; and workshops/training programs on radio techniques.
Creation of a permanent center for children and adolescents to learn computation and computer science; a network of four Centers of Telecommunications for Youthful Initiatives; and enabling 300 enterprising young people in each zone of work.
