Provide Education to Poor Children in Argentina

Summary

This project seeks to give educational opportunities to children with low social and economic prospects, but who have outstanding signs of promise.

What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

The project needs donations to provide scholarships for children. Each scholarship costs $400 per year, per child. We are asking donors to commit for 3 years of scholarship at a secondary school. Funds will buy school materials, books, photocopies, medication, and equipment for recreational and cultural activities.

How will this project solve this problem?

$400 will provide a 13- to 18-year-old boy or girl each year the support needed (transport, clothes, food, health care, etc.) to finish school.

Potential Long Term Impact

Supports students who do not have sufficient economic tools needed to continue their studies.
