Vijaya Rao - Director

Mr. D. Vijaya Rao, Director of CARDS, has completed Postgraduate degree in social work and gained 10 years experience in volunteer sector. He worked with several national and regional development organizations directly or indirectly involved with street, abandoned and runaway children projects. He started his carrier as a Shelter Incharge and end with Coordinator.
