Arianna Ross - Executive Director

Arianna Ross creates educational, international programs that weave the power of dance, theatre, and music together. For over 12 years, Arianna has performed and taught across the US, India and Brazil in schools, libraries, and community centers. She has executed programs for organizations like the Kennedy Center, WPAS, Towson University, and AATE. Arianna has been on NPR and public television.

Lorienne Beals - Development Director

For over a decade, Lorienne Beals has worked internationally as performer and educator as well as a businesswoman and global project manager. She served as the VP of Operations for the New York Institute of Dance and Education, core faculty of the American Master Class Tour series, Associate Director of the Sean McLeod Dance Experience, and Director and Principal with Kaleidoscope Dance Theatre.

Meredith Kaunitz - Program Administrator

Meredith Kaunitz is an expert in non-profit management and theater and educational program design. Most recently , she has worked in Educational Theater for Kaiser Permanente's Educational Theater Programs (ETP). She has served as the School Workshop Development Project Lead. She developed a series of 6 workshops were developed according to State and National Standards of Learning
