Dr. Aurelian Stefan D.V.M. - Veterinary Director, Romania Animal Rescue

RAR has a partnership with Dr. Aurelian Stefan, who charges us the minimal cost of $22 per spay/neuter. In 2003 Dr. Stefan was awarded a grant from the Louis Pateur National Research Institute.He graduated from vet school in Bucharest in 2004. In 2006 he co-authored "Post-operative Pain Evaluation in Pets", Scientific Studies of Congress of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Timisoara, April '06

Dr. Pepe Stefan, DVM Dr. Pepe Stefan graduated first in his class from the University of Bucharest in 2006. He received a full scholarship during his study because of his high grades. His expertise is in orthopedics, traumatology and neurology. He is married with two sons, with another born in May, 2009.
